ALL CLUBS MUST BE CHECKED IN AND AT LEAST OFF LOADED BY 12PM

1.     Arrive at Gate 4 on South Academy Street and Church Street.

2.     Give Gate Volunteer your club name.

3.     Let Volunteer know if you will need a pourer or if your club will be pouring, just to verify.

4.     Get Spot Number and Welcome Bag from Gate Volunteer.

5.     Move forward towards gate.

6.     DO NOT PULL IN TO GATE!

7.     Back in to gate.

8.     Unload equipment and drop at spot marked that volunteer told you.

9.     DO NOT SET UP YET!

10.  To keep things moving, drop equipment, and then move vehicle to Gaston College Parking lot.

11.  Pull out of Gate to the Left.

12.  Turn into wrap around parking lot behind house.

13.  Turn Right on to South Academy Street.

14.  Go to light, go straight.

15.  Turn into Gaston College Parking lot. Park.

16.  Either Call shuttle or walk back to festival to NOW finish setting up Tent.

17.  Once setup, leave Homebrew Area to go get wristband and ticket.

18.  Go into the front of Untapped Territory, Check-In @ 1pm.

19.  Enjoy the Market Area, Music, Classes, and Live Demos before Sampling begins.

Breakdown/ Load-Out Info

1.     Get vehicle to Load up.

2.     Rest of club breakdown tent and Jockey box while waiting for vehicle.

3.     Vehicle Enter the wrap around parking lot at the house on South Academy Street (where you exited load-in from). There will be a Load-Out Entrance Sign.

4.     Pull through parking lot and turn right out of parking lot briefly.

5.     Back up to Gate to Load up.

6.     Once Loaded, pull forward and exit to the Left to go to stop sign.

7.     If Leaving to go to Campsite, Turn Right.

8.     If Leaving to go to Hotel, or to get to Hwy 321, Turn Left.
